My approach to well-being is grounded in compassion, science, and many years of experience as a psychologist. My first priority is to create a safe environment and build a strong human connection with my clients. The quality of that relationship provides the foundation for the work we do together. Using evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness, ACT, and IFS, I try to leverage neuroplasticity to cultivate meaningful, lasting change with my clients. I believe that well-being is a skill that can be developed with practice. You can learn to cultivate positive and adaptive thoughts and feelings in the same way you’d learn any other skill, like riding a bike or learning a musical instrument.
