With a deep respect for both ancient and modern wisdom, I invite you to engage on a psychedelic integration psychotherapy journey that utilises knowledge, science, body, soul and spirit for holistic healing on a deep and cellular level. We can utilise logic, understanding, self-exploration, life stories and narratives. We can incorporate meditation, bodywork, breathing exercises and visualisations if that feels right for you. We can work in a variety of ways that suit your personality and needs. Sometimes you will just need to offload, be heard, witnessed and vent, and that is welcome too. Therapy with me provides a curious space to explore your unique experience, and what it means to be a multi-faceted and alive human being in this modern world. I will not try to diagnose you, pick holes in your personality, or attack your self-worth and self-esteem. I will treat you with the utmost respect. Through working together, we can find tools to help you plan for, process and integrate your psychedelic experience. I can provide comfort, reassurance and affirmation, without blaming you. I hope you will feel completely understood, seen and heard. I work in an eclectic way.
