I believe we all have an innate ability and desire to realize our potential; that we have everything we need to be fulfilled, happy, and healthy inside each one of us. I want to remind you of your strengths and competencies, and invite new perspectives to help you connect with your innermost self, treat yourself and others with compassion, and approach life’s challenges with grace. I offer psychedelic integration coaching services to those who are curious or planning on using entheogens or psychedelics. My services are limited to pre- and post- experience, working towards finding the most meaning and healthy change from your journeys. I am not able to be present for the experience due to current legal and regulatory rules associated with these substances (with exception to psychedelic cannabis experiences). Prior to your experience it is important for me to understand your intentions and to do a thorough assessment of your psychological history and discuss contraindications. Once you have had your experience I can help you process what has occurred.
