I take a comprehensive approach to treating mental health conditions and tailor treatment to meet the needs of my patients. My training is unique in that I have a masters degree as a psychotherapist in addition to being a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This, along with additional training in integrative psychiatry, allows me to treat my patients holistically, addressing symptoms as well as root causes for mental health conditions. I work with my patients to develop treatment plans that may include lifestyle changes, counseling, medication, and non pharmacological supplementation.
