We use our sessions to resolve chronic stressors, habits, and self-sabotaging life patterns so that you actively create and thrive in your authentic life.

Our work integrates Western and Eastern techniques including Jungian active imagination and journeying; soul retrieval; shadow work; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; psychedelic assisted therapy and integration; meditation; mantra; and somatic therapies.

I offer groups for psychedelic medicine integration, DBT trauma skills, and psycho-spiritual awakening.

I address: trauma/C-PTSD; intergenerational trauma; depression; anxiety; life transitions; grief; religious trauma; psycho-spiritual awakening; low self-esteem/self-love/self-trust; toxic masculinity/femininity; survivors of interpersonal violence/“gaslighting”; thriving in recovery; and people looking to level up in their lives.
