Onaya Wellness & Healing is a family deeply committed to culture, community, and the sacredness of Mother Earth. We create life-changing journeys that weave healing, adventure, and cultural immersion, guided by the belief that every experience should nourish the soul, honor traditions, and foster meaningful connections.
Our story begins with my father, an anthropologist who lived among the Shipibo people in the Amazon, learning the sacred wisdom of Ayahuasca and Amazonian plant medicines. Inspired by his legacy, we honor the transformative power of plants and Peru’s rich cultural heritage.
As a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in Ayahuasca and San Pedro retreats, I founded Onaya to combine healing, adventure, and community impact. Onaya is also deeply connected to Beecause We Care 365, our non-profit supporting sustainable coffee farming, reforestation, and animal welfare while empowering local families and women.
Our family includes skilled shamans, caring staff, and experts like my brother Gueidar, who crafts nourishing meals from local ingredients, and my mother Olga, who ensures every guest feels at home. Together, we provide spaces for healing and meaningful connections with Peru’s land, people, and traditions.
Onaya is not just a journey; it’s an invitation to become part of our family and mission—healing, preserving, and honoring the sacredness of life. AYAHUASCA
