Hello! I love the body and the bodies' ability to heal itself, to regulate and return to a state of balance and safety on it's own - with the right tools. TRE is one of the best tools I have found to teach clients and people. As a mental health counselor and clinical hyptherapist, I have been searching for an easily accessible tool and TRE is it! TRE is an 'inside job'!
