I have been in the Holistic industry for over 12 years and am also trained in many other modalities such as Hyptherapy, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, Tai Chi & Chi Kung, Breathwork, Tantra, Meditation, Kundalini yoga. Reiki and Spiritual Healing.

I am working with TRE to help women and men to heal from stress, trauma, sexual abuse and reconnect to their body as a vessel of power, pleasure, joy and ultimately to free up their potential this life.

TRE has been an integral key in my own sexual trauma recovery, alongside other bodywork and holistic modalities, providing me with a wealth of understanding into the layers and depths of healing on the levels of body, mind, heart, and soul.

For 20 years, I lived amongst the spiritual realms and communities, immersed in meditative practices and philosophies; and thus experiencing 'dissociation' at it's best. However, coming back to my body and physiology was most profound and awakening! TRE was a part of this. This is what I teach and share - Being here, in a connected human body, and also consciously awake.

I am working internationally delivering sexual healing and kundalini awakening practices, (TRE practices are an essential part of this) , and with personal clients and corporate groups when I am in the UK.

My ethos is to hold a professional, safe, loving and conscious space for transformation to happen.
