Wynn has been immersed in self-work and healing modalities since 2020, with a particular focus on somatic practices that bridge the connection between body and mind. His journey began as a personal exploration of health, where he found that many physical symptoms have their roots in unresolved trauma and stored tension in the body. These experiences also illuminated the body’s inherent wisdom to heal itself and restore balance from within.

With a deep understanding of how trauma and holding patterns manifest physically, Wynn w supports others in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing chronic tension, and cultivating sustainable healing. Wynn is particularly passionate about empowering others by teaching self-administerable modalities that people can incorporate into their own lives. He believes in returning the power of healing back to individuals by providing tools and practices that can be used daily at one’s own time and place—giving people the automy to transform their lives from the inside out
