Suze is a certified TRE-provider with a background in Psychology and yoga. Throughout the years she deepened her kwledge in related fields by adding Family Constellations and Yoga Nidra to her qualifications.

Suze believes strongly that the holistic approach of combining self-healing practices like TRE, yoga mindfulness, Ayurveda, and psychology, offers all the tools we need to grow our resilience and create an empowered and sustainable lifestyle for ourselves.
