Stacy Scherzer

Stacy is a physical therapist and movement teacher with a part-time practice out of her home in West Bend, WI. Certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist™ under biomechanist Katy Bowman, she works with clients on their muscle imbalances, alignment, restoring natural movement patterns and releasing long-held tension in the body. Much of this work includes the practice of mindfulness within daily movement habits.
