My name is Smadar, I was born and raised in Israel, a land with so much “real-world” complexity, interlaced with such profound spiritual conductivity.
About 9 years ago I travelled with my partner for a short visit in Portugal, which has never really ended.. we found ourselves falling in love with the simplicity, naturalness of this landscape and its people, and slowly slowly rooted here, bringing our beautiful daughter to the world and making it our home.
From my early 20’s, I realised that my high level of sensitivity, which has created a lot of pain and emotional struggle for me early on, is actually a gift that I am here to cultivate, to ackwledge and refine, and surrender more and more to its guidance and blessing.

In my mentoring sessions I weave together in-depth emotional healing that touches root attachment wounds, within a spiritual coaching framework that “uses” mental distortions and false identifications - as gateways for spiritual awakening.

The energetic pathway that is offered in the 1:1 sessions leads to an integrated awareness which unleashes one’s co-creator power in a strong and meaningful way.
