It has been an incredible hor and privilege to support my clients in reclaiming their health, vitality and joy with TRE®. I’ve seen TRE change the lives of folx of all ages, identities and with a wide variety of presenting concerns, from millennial burut (hello Silicon Valley!) to pelvic pain to the weight of vicarious trauma impacting therapists and other caregivers.
While I support all kinds of folx, I am particularly well suited to support anyone with a history of sexual trauma, as I am a certified somatic sex educator and have worked in the field of sexuality for well over a decade.
I am also queer-identified and delight in sharing TRE with the queer community (and all of the many identities that dwell therein!).
TRE has been a profound part of my own healing and recovery of depression, and I’m a huge advocate of TRE as a resource for all of us working with health challenges, whether that be a recent surgery (embodied medical trauma), chronic illness, cancer treatment, or mental health.
