Experience from my clinical work since 2017 with physiotherapy for post traumatic stress caused by war, torture and migration contributes to my skill in facilitating safety for clients when exploring TRE. Safety gives the base for curiosity and courage, and then likely joy, hope and peace, even when difficult reactions surface during one's TRE process.
My own struggles with psychosomatic and stressrelated health issues together with my own practice of qigong and tai chi since 2006 and TRE since 2013 strengthen my ability to guide each unique client to establish a gentle and effective exercising, matter symptoms and challenges, with appreciation of and cooperation with the client's body's wisdom.
I have gotten heart warming feedback through the years from clients, patients and teachers about being pedagogic, fine tuned and enthusing. w I look forward to apply my skills also as a TRE provider (certified since 2023).
