Sabine Blanc-de Carpentier

To explore, connect and heal, art has been my homebase. Trained artist, dancer, I currently create, teach dance, and provide art-therapy sessions to individuals and groups. To TRE I bring a lifelong body listening, dedicated to relationship within ourselves, others, and nature. Suffering from body states, such as numbness, overactivity, unresolved trauma patterns out of the therapists’ scope I met, I can relate to people's similar experiences. My TRE journey has been a transformative healing process on these matters and more. This is grounding my trust and joy to teach TRE today. With TRE, I am happy to open my workspace t only to art sensitive people, but to all. TRE moves my body connection, awareness, and offering, to a deeper human natural root.
