I really admire the TRE tools, both to use them for the extension of Trauma and Stress, and for grounding people before they have to do other kind of Trauma release, as for example Regressionwork and Bioenergetic, which I also work with. My background is Bioenergetic, Gestalttherapy, Whole Hearted Healing, Massage Therapy, and EFT .
