Ron Shereyk

Ron Shereyk is a 4th degree black belt with the Aikido Association of America. Ron is an instructor and practitioner in body and mind disciplines, including Aikido, meditation, and other transformational practices for over 15 years. Ron is a certified TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) Level 2 Provider. He has developed customized training programs to suit a wide variety of individual students needs. Ron's goal is to help others develop their personal practice in order to move past limitations and gain a greater understanding of what is possible.
