As a youth & family therapist, I use TRE and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) as complementary tools to therapy to improve automic function and state regulation. As an educator, I use TRE to help children with attention, executive function, and self-regulation to improve learning outcomes. I also do groups for parents.
