My career and curiosity have taken me all over the world, working in various fields and jobs in different cultures. Having worked for leading companies, which to date I still enjoy to fulfill my corporate interests, I have experienced myself, and ticed with my co-workers around me, the increasing level of stress people are exposed to and the effects of this prolonged stress on their wellbeing, and how this impacts both companies as well as the individuals themselves. Hence I have looked for ways to better cope with the effects of an intense and demanding work environment. This has resulted in a diversification of my path and to want to share my kwledge and experience with others.
My aim is to decrease the current effects of stress from which individuals and companies suffer, and I feel grateful for each individual person that I have been able to help.
