My daughter had a life changing accident and was recommended TRE, I thought it best to check it out and in the process found it really useful for myself too. Practising TRE had profound tension releasing effects of long held deep tensions and allowed me to connect with my body in more positive ways. I was keen to learn more and did the provider course.
