Embodiment. Coming with a background of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy/being trained to help the body process and integrate stress, pain, trauma and restriction, I am happy to add TRE as ather way to actively integrate these same states and bring more comfort & freedom in our bodies and lives. We are shaped by our history in the way we move, in our posture, in our cells, our DNA, and in our body sensations. This shaping gives us life. This can be beautiful & at times is painful. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy & TRE are gateways to explore both our body’s inner and outer sensations in the present moment, coming into more of a holistic relationship with our inner and outer world. As our fascia and muscles relax, blood and fluids circulate with more freedom, and life can be lived with less restriction and pain.
