I am a Tui Na Master Practitioner (traditional Chinese Massage and Acupressure), and a qualified Qi Gong Instructor, with 25 years experience. I have developed my own spontaneous Qi Gong system "True to our Roots", which involves somatic, fluid self-healing movements.
