Monica Langel

As a child, Monica had many counselors growing up, but felt she was never able to break unhealthy patterns even into adulthood. It wasn’t until 2016 that she was introduced to somatic therapies. For the first time, she was able to heal, grow, and understand the reasons for her unhealthy patterns. During her personal journey, she realized her dream to be a healer under the somatic approach. She researched different certifications she could get under the somatic approach and found TRE to align the most with her values. Monica has found TRE to be highly empowering form of self-care for herself and others. She hopes that as a provider, she can continue to empower more people through the use of TRE.
