TRE has been an integral part of my recovery from burut and depression. It has been instrumental in helping shift old patterns, by learning to slow down and tend to my nervous system. As a practitioner of Reiki Usui Level II, I've enjoyed understanding the TRE approach to the brain - it's response to tension and trauma; watching as my life slowly changed in response to the ventral vagal state that I am able to be in. Creating a safe space within which you can connect to your own body's intelligence to release what is t serving you is my intention. I work in-person and online; one-on-one and with small groups.
