My 25 years of experience provides deep presence, sensitivity and therapeutic touch to create safe spaces where the sensations and feelings in the body can be safely explored, long held tension and stress can be processed and empowering self-regulation techniques can be learned, allowing for nervous system regulation, deep integration and healing in the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
