Miriam is interested in body-mind-soul connections and how they naturally effect each other in our daily lives. She continuously explore approaches that offer new ways of being and is building a library of self-care tools for clients to meet themselves safely and be able to live more grounded, healthier, joyful and connected lives.
TRE® has been added to the library as a valuable embodiment practice offering unique way of reconnecting to oneself and supporting healthy growth by allowing the natural healing process to occur in the body.
Miriam is also Breathwork Facilitator (functional as well as conscious connected breath), Emotion Aid Facilitator, Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner.
