Mieke Kreeftenberg

Mieke trained with the Minded Institute and qraduated as a Yoga Therapist completing the Yoga Therapy Professional Training Programme. In addition to this she is a registered Yoga Teacher (REPS) after completing her initial Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Professionals. Mieke has trained with teachers like Max Strom, Rod Stryker, Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga) Wim Hof AKA The Iceman, she uses his method with clients, the method has scientifically been proven to strengthen the immune system.
Mieke believes Wim Hof's method and TRE are a perfect combination.
Regular classes and workshops are held in London and Mieke also organises regular retreats.
