I do in-person and Zoom sessions. Sundays and evenings are available. Sliding scale fees are available if you feel you can't afford sessions.

TRE has been a beautiful practice for myself in my own healing journey. I also practice Reiki and I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist. I have been using skills learned from my trauma recovery to help others. I have found that our energy gets bound and sidestepped when trauma occurs in our bodies. TRE opens the door for safety, acceptance and growth. I have found immense satisfaction in helping people gain wellness within themselves in body and mind. Gently, they find kindness for the pieces of themselves that were once difficult to access, and true healing begins.
