Melissa Olvera

Melissa merges a myriad of somatic disciplines such dance, conscious movement, somatic experiencing, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She utilizes embodiment and neurogenic tremors to guide her clients to build body awareness and develop resources. These practices support their journeys to self-regulation and self-healing. The Art of Feminine is in Houston, Texas where Melissa teaches and hosts workshops. Melissa also leads retreats in The US and Mexico.
