Mary Beth

Mary Beth enjoys working with clients to help them heal collective, developmental, and specific traumas in order to free them to engage more fully in their own life and with their community. As a licensed psychologist, she has helped clients for over 20 years through a practice that is increasingly body-centered. She uses TRE in group and individual sessions as well as EMDR, imagery work, Gestalt techniques, mindfulness and meditation practices, and spiritual explorations. Her approach is one of compassionate acceptance and a respectful invitation toward growth.
Mary Beth received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She has been practicing since 1997 and licensed in Oregon since 2001.
