As a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) facilitator, I am passionate about helping individuals release stress and trauma held within the body, restoring balance and well-being. With a background as a Reiki Master Practitioner, I bring an additional layer of energetic healing to my work, allowing clients to experience deep relaxation and holistic healing through both physical and energetic modalities.

My mediation skills further enhance my practice, enabling me to create a safe, open, and supportive space for individuals to explore their healing journey. Through these integrated approaches, I aim to empower people to release tension and trauma, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and resilience.
