I have been researching and practicing a variety of healing modalities over the past a few years due to my own health issues.
I have studied and qualified in massage and therapeutic touch therapies, energy healing, Myofascial Release and Somatic Muscle Release
I have Certified as a TRE Provider and it has truly changed by life. I hope to teach TRE to others to help people regulate their nervous system and release the stored stress and tension from their body.
