Liana Romulo is dedicated to helping others work through deeply ingrained patterns of emotional, mental, and physical holding. A longtime yoga and pranayama (breathing) instructor, she was born in the Philippines but grew up all over the world. Liana is also an avid scuba diver, an amateur photographer, a former New York City book editor, and a published writer of children’s books.
