I come from a country with a lot of cultural trauma and this push me to find tools that will enable me to feel free, to feel joy and in my body. I am a group experiential learning facilitator since 2006 and i work a lot with body movements, dance, active meditation, catharsis release.
Since 2013 i am a certified Tao Tantra women facilitator and that brought me more into the depths of my body - listening and let the inner stillness grow. That was the first time when i discovered the intelligence of the body, the power of healing and the spider net of all experiences of our life.

TRE® is a tool i discovered in 2013 and i was amazed off of the simplicity..... need for external inputs, talking, analysis...just breathing, listening and let the body express. I use TRE® in my women retreats as a way to re-train the feeling of safety in their body, as a way of connection with themselves and life force energy.

I teach classes and privates for men and women.
