Leslie Possenier

Being a massage therapist, I'am just so interested in the body's own wisdom. I've had an interest in movement and wellbeing throughout my life, focusing on embodied awareness. When I found TRE, I knew this was it. That I had to knew more about. It was an amazing journey to study TRE and so happy that I may teach to others w.


I'm passionate about TRE as it is a self care tool, a wellness tool that young and old can easily learn and use it when they need too. It gives us more embodied awareness, it allows us to feel more safe, more present and more relaxed.
