Lauren Tietz

In addition to facilitating TRE sessions, Lauren is a registered craniosacral therapist (RCST), somatic movement therapist and educator (ISMETA certified) and a licensed manual therapist (LMT). She also holds an MFA in dance/interdisciplinary arts and is an advanced level certified Pilates teacher.
Lauren’s attuned and sensitive approach to healing through somatic therapy is supported by more than twenty years of experience and specialization within the fields of embodiment and mindfulness practices. She assists clients in coming home to the body, therein, building more trust and safety.
Lauren teaches and facilitates contemplative dance, also kwn as authentic movement practice. A meditative movement practice that supports self compassion and relational repair.
