Kristen Miracle

I am a TRE provider and a physician of East Asian medicine. I practice acupuncture, classical Chinese herbalism, and multiple modalities of bodywork such as craniosacral therapy, active isolated stretching, myofascial release, Sotai, Reichian Belt of Tension therapy, and more. I am always adding to my skillset and love to integrate my kwledge of the nervous system with movement and mind/body tools of both ancient and modern origins. Additionally, I hold a Masters degree in Integrative Mental Health. I offer private sessions, buddy sessions, and group TRE classes.

So many of our modern day ailments are based in chronic tension patterns that involve the contraction of our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual lives. TRE provides a direct link to the source of our deepest neurophysiology that helps us to release limiting thoughts, beliefs, and pain due to unreleased and unexpressed energy held within the nervous system.

My goal with every TRE client is to teach them a process they can use to reclaim resilience, authenticity, and their most vibrant health.
