Kishore is a TRE provider, a leadership coach and a Senior Director of Engineering at a fortune 500 tech company - and , it is an unlikely combination of interests, especially for someone who intended to be a teacher at a University!

Kishore's gift as a TRE provider is his ability to make you safe and comfortable. His strong intuition and loving guidance makes for breakthrough shifts and a rewarding experience.

After finishing a PhD in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, Kishore moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. His career growth in the hi-tech world was fast. But that success came with a lot of challenges, stress, fear and anxiety to a point that Kishore started having regular panic attacks. In his quest to be a better leader and feel saner, Kishore studied and practiced contemporary approaches to leadership, mindfulness, somatics and healing from trauma. In course of time, he started teaching and coaching others around things that helped him be a strong leader and deal with the myriad of challenges that come with working in a fast-paced, complex and high stakes environment.
