Kim Demeyere

From my personal healing process after a drastic event in 2018, it has become second nature for me to reflect on what kind of 'baggage' someone is carrying, to look at what someone (really) needs and provide tools and guidance. This is why I enjoy taking the time for people who visit my coaching practice.
Since 2012, I have been immersing myself in yoga, tai chi and mindfulness. This was followed by training as a mindfulness coach, heart coherence coach, and heart coherence coach for children. As from May 2023, I am a certified TRE® Provider. As from June 2025, I am a licensed Therapeutic Coach.
In 2020, Relaxlab was born out of my passions, having worked in civil aviation for more than 22 years in a wide variety of roles and responsibilities.
