The body is our amazing built-in self help tool when accessed for its wisdom. Stress, tension and trauma (from the small t to the capital T) interfere with the quality of our lives. As a Certified TRE Provider and Advanced Bowenwork Practitioner, Kathryn assists individuals and groups (of all ages) to become in tune with their body and build skills to lessen tension and pain, increase vitality, improve stress management and expand their sense of enlivenment. Kathryn brings to her clients a strong body-based acuity acquired from Yoga - personal practice 30+ years, teacher since 2009, Bioenergetic Analysis (body-based psychotherapy) - 4+ years clinical training, 25 years as a client, exercise group facilitator since 2009 and Advanced Bowenwork Practitioner since 2007.
