Julia Allshouse, E-RYT500, CHHC, YACEP, Shaking Medicine Teacher, Certified TRE Provider, and founder of Vikara Wellness Retreats & Holistic Health, located in Mexico, has a passion in combining ancient yogic principles & practices, transformational coaching, and somatic embodiment for deep healing, encouraging her students to listen and lead with full body presence, giving them the opportunity to discover their inner teacher and pure potential.
