Judy Katz is a Somatic Therapist, offering both private and group sessions in various body centered therapies.
Judy is deeply interested in resiliency; our natural ability to recover and even grow from the difficulties and challenges we face being alive. Her work involves supporting people to develop and gain access to the resources they need to be more resilient and more fully themselves.

Judy Katz is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor in Relational Somatic Therapy, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and a Level ll Trauma Release Exercise Practitioner.
