Over the past 30 years, I’ve gained a lot of diverse experience in a variety of fields—all centered around helping people with trauma and pain find healing and a lighter, fuller, deeper life.

As a certified TRE provider, I am able to share with individuals and groups a wonderful way to continue their own healing journey at home for deep healing and lasting change.

As a Board certified, licensed Massage Therapist I provide, CranioSacral therapy, Somato-Emotional Processing, and Reiki for trauma survivors, the elderly and people with chronic pain.

As a Nationally certified Tai Chi and Self-Defense instructor with a 2nd degree black belt, I’ve taught Tai Chi and self-defense to kids, teens, adults, seniors, trauma survivors, and those with disabilities.

As an Ordained Pastor in the United Church of Christ, I’ve served churches in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, been a speaker at local, state and national events, led workshops, retreats, and seminars and was a guest lecturer at Harvard University for 3 years.

For over 30 years, In everything I do, I seek to combine my unique combination of skills, abilities and talents in a multi-dimensional approach to deep healing and lasting change.
