I find TRE® to be the epitome of surrender practice. It helped me hugely as I transitioned out of a career in dance and was critical in me learning where that ‘kinder edge’ was after many years of pushing.
The core intention of my work is to assist people to increase their capacity to feel, to shed defensive and reactive patterns and integrate new healthy ways of being. Always striving for a balance between soft and receptive and still strong and resilient.
I've held individual and group TRE® sessions in London and on retreats since 2017 and am also a yoga teacher and massage therapist.
I currently offer one on one sessions from my home in South East London or can offer home visits if preferred. Contact me for details on upcoming group sessions.
