Janel Waldschmidt

Janel Waldschmidt is a Polestar certified Pilates Instructor in San Jose, CA and the proud owner of Almaden Pilates.
Janel’s passion and focus includes rehabilitation classes for many different injuries. She has worked with several Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices.This stems from a major accident that she had at 17. Over the years, Janel was able to rehabilitate herself from a severe back and hip injury through different healing modalities, one of them being TRE. After receiving a number of benefits from TRE, she decided to study the TRE program and became certified. Janel has used TRE on many of her clients and has seen amazing results. She carries an incredible level of empathy and desire to assisting her clients in achieving a more fluid lifestyle.
