Let's get to the root of what is preventing you from living your life fully and build resilience. My practice and training as an RN and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner as well as a belief that the body holds the key to healing informs my practice. If you have a sense that your body holds the answer to your grief, developmental trauma or long term health issues let's connect and start that exploration toward wellness. I have been in practice for over 25 years as a nurse and counselor. I see my role to compassionately support your nervous system to find greater ease. Depending on your capacity and history I may recommend that your sessions may involve Somatic Practice sessions, ( touch), SE or other tools to settle the system in addition to the therapeutic tremor. I also mentor others in trauma-informed care and teach The Resilience Toolkit a practice that utilizes the therapeutic tremor in addition to other tools.
