After experiencing debilitating back spasms that left her unable to walk, Jamie discovered just how powerful & important tremoring is for the body in releasing deep seated tension and trauma. With her back ground in yoga & counseling, combined with her training in TRE, Jamie is well equipped to support those she works with in learning how to grow the mind body connection & awareness, while increasing ones capacity to trust & surrender to the process of releasing stuck tension, stress & trauma.
