Jami Peurala comes from a background in dance. A lifelong learner and explorer she came to yoga in her mid fifties. In her own journey of recovery and discovery the practice was a perfect fit. She guides her students on a journey of self discovery through movement practices, Neurogenic Yoga, TRE and pranayama. Jami teaches privately in Chicago, IL.
