I have been in the healing arts 25 years. I I also completeda teacher certification for somatic practitioners called "The Spirit of Learning" in 2011. I have specialized in many forms of bodywork such as myofsacial release taught by John F. Barnes PT advanced therapist, This work and my own personal healing journey to heal trauma and help others in their journey led me to T.R.E. where I w finished an advanced training with Donna Phillips. This work is changing my life and I gladly offer my 16 years of experience of working with people and helping facilitate healing through the way of the body/mind.spirit complex. I have a lot of genuine gifts to offer from trainings and recovering from my own trauma. I believe we have the capacity for greatness and wholeness.I also lead small group workshops. I also am practicing Elemental Cranial Sacral, Mayn abdominal massage and finally a student of Somatic Experieincing. I offer trauma informed support fo rthe relief of chronic pain, stress, trauma and overwhelm. I love helping nervous systems regualte.
