Hilde is a certified psychotherapist with more then 30 years experience as a Body Mind Therapist (Shiatsu @ Craniosacralbodywork).
In her home practice she combines Body- Mind- and Voicework with Coaching.
She was attracted to integrate methods which emphasize 'awareness', such as Voicedialogue, Focusing, Brainspotting.
She is since many years Mindfulness and Compassion Trainer,
Mindful Yogateacher, Master NLP/TCC,
Fitzmaurice® Voicecoach and Creative Therapist (Somatic Movement).
Since she includes TRE in her professional practice, her clients discover healing on a profound somatic level, liberating them without words from deep chronic trauma and stress.
As TRE® makes use of our natural recovery process, which is found in the natural psycho-neuro-physiology of our bodies, it is the most
broad approach through which a deep transformation and growth in consciousness can take place, on an individual level, as
well as on a much broader level of humanity.
